MUJAHID made it two winners from five runners so far when DOCTOR HILARY scored at Ayr on Friday. The colt, bred by Lavington Stud, out of AGONY AUNT, made all to win by two and a half lengths. He repaid the faith of his connections, who paid 88,000gns at the Doncaster Breeze-Up sale in April. He was purchased by Anthony Stroud Bloodstock, for Sheikh Rashid Bin Mohammed, and is trained by Michael Bell in Newmarket.
The colt had previously passed through the sales ring as a yearling, and represents another tribute to the pin-hooking skills of Willie Browne's Mocklershill Stables in Ireland, who purchased him for 21,000gns.
