Lot 128, consigned by Willie Browne's Mockerlershill Stables, was bred by Dr Tony Ryan, and was bought at last year's Tattersalls October Yearling Sales for 310,000gns. | "He was the one we really wanted," said Akita. "We were very impressed by the canter on Tuesday, he was strong behind with a great punch, that's why we really like him." A decision on who shall train him has yet to be made. |
A SAKHEE colt also sold well this week when the hammer fell at 170,000gns for a colt out of the National Stud's PREMIERE DANCE. Sold as a yearling for 90,000gns, the good looking colt was also consigned by Willie Browne's Mocklershill Stable and was bought on Wednesday by BBA Ireland.
